Product Introduction:
The plate leveling machine is mainly used to eliminate waviness, warping, camber and internal stress in metal sheets and to improve flatness. It is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum plate, copper plate, titanium alloy and other materials, covering processing from thin sheet to heavy plate. It is widely used as a pre-treatment process prior to laser cutting, stamping, welding and spraying.
A plate leveling machine is typically used to level both thin sheet and heavy plate materials. The equipment generally features independent roll-stack control (position/pressure) and independent roll-stack drive. With the closed-loop position control system, users can generate and save machine parameter setting programs for routine plate processing tasks.
